Want to Explore More?

Can't get enough of Asuretify and want to explore more ways to use the system? Take your status to the next level! If you work on other projects or verify others' coverage documents for compliance and risk management, take the next steps and become a requestor!

In just a few easy steps, you can request documents from others, verify coverage compliance, & consider the risk managed!

Becoming a Requestor

The first step is to navigate to your account settings by clicking your profile bubble in the top menu bar. Then locate 'Departments' from the Account Settings side menu to show your department settings. Here you will see the user role 'Requestor' along with a brightly colored section with 'Create New Department' inside.

Navigating Through the Next Steps

Asuretify's system walks you through the steps to continue creating a department where you're the requestor.

After clicking 'Create New Department', you will begin outlining the settings within this section. First is selecting a role, which would be requestor.

Then, add the Company Details of the company that will be requesting the documents for compliance verification.

Next, you have the option to add additional users that may be assisting in the administrative reviews as well as selecting the industry you will be working with in this department.

Identify your Projects & Celebrate

The last step is to identify a name for your project that you would like to include and assign who is managing compliances. Select the first option if you are managing the compliances or the second option if a third-party administrator is providing management services for this department.

After, click to continue and save your work. That green check on screen means its time to celebrate, you're now a requestor!

Navigate to the projects section to add details of your project or splash into the contracts section to add a contractor and request documents.

You're equipped with the tools for efficient compliance verification and tracking, enjoy your newly found free-time as you float through risk management!
