In the Certificates section of the Overview tab, the “Non-CIP Certificates Tracked” tile has been removed.

The “Expired Non-CIP Coverage” graph shows the percentage of contractor packages with expired non-CIP policies. A contractor package will be included in the count (whether it falls into the expired or active section) if it:

is on an active program,
is on an active or complete project,
has been assigned a non-CIP compliance,
is enrolled or excluded, and
is not closed out.

The calculation for the percentage of contracts with expired or active policies is shown when hovering over the section in the chart. A drawer will open if the “Expired Non-CIP” section of the graph is clicked; it will display the list of contracts that have expired policies that can be exported to Excel. The information in the list includes:

Program Name
Project Name
Contractor Name
Contract Number/Unique ID (if no contract number)
Total Count (count of expired policies on the contract)

The system will count the non-CIP policies that are expired based on the following guidelines:

If a policy is required and the provided end date has passed, the policy will be counted.
If dates have been provided for a policy that is not required, and if the end date has passed, the policy will be counted.
If a contractor is exempt from a policy, the policy will not be counted.
If a policy is not required, and if no dates have been provided, the policy will not be counted.
