Onboarding a Client
You've been invited! A client requested your help in providing coverage details for coverage compliance verification. As part of the onboarding process, they have already verified their details for this contract and taken care of any required contract acknowledgements. Now, let's help them complete this process by providing some coverage details with ease and efficiency!
The first steps are related to creating your profile. You'll be asked to upload professional credentials related to your license and national producer numbers.
If you don't have these on hand right now, you can always click "Skip" at the bottom of those screens and provide those details later.
Upload Coverage Documents
After creating your profile, you can begin uploading coverage details for the client. If you do not know of or represent this client, you can select that option and we'll notify the requestor.
Otherwise, click "Let's get started" to verify client details and contract requirements. By continuing, you are confirming these details have been provided to the best of your knowledge and acknowledge that the documents uploaded accurately reflect the coverage of the client.
For each document required by the requestor, you will be able to select the lines of business that are included under the coverage of that policy.
For example, if the requestor requires both general and auto liability coverage and the client has coverage for both under that single policy, you can upload the document once under general liability and select auto as other coverage included.
Verify Gathered Details
Next is verifying the uploaded details. Asuretify's artificial intelligence quickly reads and analyzes documents to gather information to automatically fill in required fields in the system. It is imperative that you verify those details have been correctly read and populated.
Any fields not found or read correctly can be edited and details manually entered. Our artificial intelligence is continuously learning as we strive to minimize the errors and headache commonly experienced with insurance verification. Be sure to give us feedback as the input and corrections help our Artificial Intelligence learn for future responses.
Almost Done!
You're in the home stretch of helping your client finalize their compliance verification details! Next you'll review the summary screen, which shows a comparison of the client's coverage with the contract requirements.
Green Checks indicate that the provided coverage information meets that contract requirement
A Red X indicates that the provided coverage information does NOT meet that contract requirement
Any details showing a Red X, may still be deemed as acceptable at the requestor's discretion.
If you find any requirements not met, it is suggested to advise the client on policy insufficiencies and discuss next steps.
Additional Comments
If you find that one of the policies is not compliant, there is an exemption from a type of coverage, or any other discrepancy that impacts this compliance status, you can add a comment for the administrator to see as they review these compliance details.
If the requestor deems a requirement as acceptable, though it does not meet the initial requirements, they can mark the coverage as "Conditionally Compliant" and communicate with the client further regarding coverage details. If not accepted, the status will me marked as "Non-Compliant" and adjustments will be needed to meet contract requirements.
Onboarding Complete!
When you're finished, click and "Submit" the details to show your stamp of approval. Asuretify handles the rest, ensuring the requestor is notified of the completed documents that are ready for them to review.
