Imagine being able to gather project & contract details for all expiring policies, compliance summaries, contractor statuses, & more. Thanks to the reports page, you can generate customized data fields that pull organized details into spreadsheets for simplified management with the push of a button.

Gathering the Details!
Each of the reports can gather various details and organize them to make management even easier.
Here's an overview of the report options to help you decide which one may be most beneficial to you:
Contractor Summary: Simple overview of each contractor/vendor
Compliance Summary: Somewhat detailed overview of each contractor/vendors compliance per project including compliance status & basic detail on upcoming or already expired policies
Contract: Contract details including contractor/vendors eligibility to work and their associated sponsor
Contract Status: Similar to the contract report but with more detail outlining each contract's current status in the system
Expiring and Expired Coverages: Lists expired & upcoming expiring policy detail for contractors/vendors on each project
Contractor Compliance: Simple overview of the contractors/vendors on each project & if their compliance/eligibility to perform work
Compliance Overview: Very detailed overview with requirement comparison for each contractor/vendor on each project
Invoice Report: Provides invoice value per sponsor over a given period of time
Generating & Exporting Reports
Once you've selected a report to generate, you can add some customizations to make your report more specific to suit your needs. This can include project-specific details, sponsor information, and more. You can also go directly to the report by selecting 'Skip & Build Report'.
The next screen shows your generated report which can be exported to an Excel file by selecting the export icon at the top of the page.
No more all-nighters manually gathering and inputting a surplus of contract & compliance statistics to generate reports for a last minute meeting in the morning!
