Help! My screens aren't loading

Occasionally users may experience the loading icon that never seems to stop spinning the firt time they visit Asuretify. If you have been able to login to your account but visiting different sections within Asuretify brings up a loading screen that never goes away, there are a few things you can check to ensure your settings or device aren't prohibiting access:

  1. Try clearing your browser history and cookies. You can typically access these through the 'File' or 'History' tabs within your browser.

  2. If you are still experiencing trouble, ensure your browser is running on the latest version and does not have any outstanding updates.

  3. If the error persists, there may be web filters or firewall settings that are blocking features of Asuretify. If your business/company uses an IT company or department to manage company server and computer settings, you may need to have them verify settings and give access that allows Asuretify content to load.
